We send an asynchronous challenge to the candidates.

Objective: Understand if the candidates have the technical skills for the position.

Step #3 - Video Call πŸ’œ

We start a video call conversation to get to know the candidate better and see if there is synergy.

Objective: Understand if the candidate shares our values.

Step #4 - Trial Period 🧯

The final step in the hiring process is a trial period. The trial lasts for one week, always running from Monday to Friday.

Objective: Understand how the candidate performs in daily work.
